TCW Apartments is the culmination of a comprehensive and holistic planning and design approach to the future use and completion of an important mixed-use development in Tallaght Town Centre. The project comprises a number of change of uses of units which have been vacant for c. 10 years, including the conversion of a vacant gym, two creches, plant room and a retail management suite into 18 apartments. The previously permitted uses have been relocated into more appropriately located ground floor units, to improve amenities for residents. 

New windows and balconies have been inserted into the building’s façade in keeping with the existing language of the building. The new apartments are all above ground floor so do not detract from the active frontage at street level. The development creates new high quality residential units in underused spaces and facilitates new employment and amenity provision at ground floor.
