James Street is a build-to-rent development which is located in The Liberties area of Central Dublin. The project takes the opportunity presented by a brownfield site to create an exciting new contemporary residential development. The new build development comprises 189 apartments in three blocks, ranged over 3 – 8 storeys, as well as generous amenity spaces at ground floor and external landscaped courtyards. 

Crawford Architecture were brought in to take the project forward from planning, improve buildability and efficiencies, and deliver it on site.
