Ivy Grove is a residential development comprising 2, 3 and 4 bed semi-detached and detached houses within an existing mature residential estate outside Collooney, Co. Sligo. The houses continue the existing estate, which was not completed following the recession, providing 59 high quality modern homes. High quality open space will be created within the site with linkages towards Collooney village, improving accessibility for all residents. 

The simple finish of painted render and buff brick replicates the palette of the existing houses. Externally, the new houses sit comfortably within the existing streetscape, with updated modern layouts and details internally and appreciation of current trends in housing design. The houses use timber frame construction and KORE insulated foundations which made the build process very quick and easy.

Crawford Architecture were brought in post planning to detail the houses, improve the layouts internally and oversee construction. Crawford Architecture also undertook the roles of Assigned Certifier and PSDP.
