Located in Dalkey, Marietta Woods comprises 101 apartments and associated resident’s amenities. Construction was completed in 2023. 

Crawford Architecture were retained by the purchaser, Patrizia Real Estate Ltd, to do Due Diligence and monitor the project on site. Our responsibilities included reviewing and commenting on planning, tender and construction drawings before the project started on site. On site, we undertook regular inspections to ensure compliance with planning, the construction drawings, building regulations and current best practices. At completion, we assisted with snagging, reviewing completion documentation and as built information. At every stage, we liaised with the design team, construction team and suppliers to ensure the best outcome for the client.
