We are looking for a talented Architect [Part 2 or 3]/ Architectural Technologist/Building Surveyor to strengthen our expanding team in Sligo and Dublin. 

We are a dynamic, young and growing practice with a varied workload of projects throughout Ireland. The practice has strong experience on medium to large scale residential developments in Dublin and throughout Ireland. The successful candidate will be working in a varied and fast paced environment with a good work/life balance and will have opportunity to gain site construction experience. 

Applicants should demonstrate the following skills and attributes:  

• Minimum 3+ years post qualification experience

• Project based drawings, documentation and information packages using 2D and 3D computer CAD

• Revit experience an advantage

• Good presentational/verbal communication skills

• Good technical knowledge and practical understanding of the Building Regulations

• Experience of producing BCAR technical reports / site inspections an advantage

• Ability to work in a team and on one’s own initiative
